Return Policy

Helmetdiscounter does not charge any Restocking Fees.

If an order arrives damaged or in case you received an item you did not order we will make sure everything will be resolved you can count on that!

The ordered item doesn’t fit or it isn’t what you had expected it to be? You can return the item within 30 days after receiving the item. Please make sure the item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging. As soon as we have received the returned goods back at our warehouse we will issue a full refund to you original payment method.

 

Refund policies

  • Returns will only be accepted when goods are new, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns need to be requested within the 30 day period after receiving the goods.
  • A Refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the return at our warehouse. The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. (Please note that it could take longer for you to receive the refund depending on your payment method)
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning the order
  • The customer carries the risk for the return shipment, we therefore advise to ship with a method which includes tracking and insurance.
  • In case the package has not been returned in original packaging or if it is incomplete we will charge a processing fee up to 25% of the value of the item.


Damaged or used goods

  • We do not accept returns which have been used outdoors / which have been taken out for a ride. Make sure to try on the helmet or boots in home to make sure you have got the right size before using them outdoors.
  • Damaged, used or dirty items aren’t considered new anymore and cannot be returned.
  • If we would receive used, damaged or dirty items we won’t process them for a refund.


Exchange goods 

  • In case you need to exchange goods for another size you can just place a new order. You will receive a refund on the Item you will return. This way you don’t need to wait until the item has been delivered at our warehouse. We will be able to guarantee you that you will receive the item you want as soon as possible with our any hassle.
  • The customer carries the risk for the return shipment, we therefor advise to ship with a method which includes tracking and insurance.


Warranty

  • Helmetdiscounter doesn’t provide any warranty on sold items. In case of any warranty issues Helmetdiscounter will assist you as best as possible with resolving any waranty issues with the manufacturer.
  • If an item needs to be need returned to a manufacturer for inspection or repairs the customer is responsible for all shipping cost which might be applicable.
  • Normal wear and tear and damage which has been caused by misuse is not covered under Manufacturer warranty.


Modify or cancel an order

  • Orders can be altered as long as they have not been shipped. Please make sure to contact us ASAP in case you would like to alter your order.
  • Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. As soon as the order has been shipped the helmet can’t be can't be cancelled anymore. In case you have requested a cancellation we will give you a full refund.


Received wrong or damaged goods

  • In case you may have received a wrong item or damaged item pleas make sure to contact us ASAP. Please make sure to send us pictures of the wrong or damaged items together with the packing slip so we can confirm the wrong or damaged delivery. 
  • We will make sure you will receive a return label as soon as we have confirmed the wrong or damaged delivery. You will be able to return the goods to us free of costs of course. As soon as we have received the item back at our warehouse we will make sure we will send you the correct or a replacement!!


How Do I return my Purchase?

1.Please contact us through the “contact form “ on our website and Request a RMA number within the 30 days period after receiving the purchase. Make sure to fill the contact form completely and leave us your order number and reason for return.

2.Once you have requested a RMA number you will receive one together with a return form within 48 hours. 
Make sure to fill the return form as completely as possible so we will be able to process your return as quickly as possible. The return form can be put into the box together with the item you would like to return.

3.Before shipping the item please make sure the product is complete, the product needs to be in original package and all parts and tags need to be included. 

4.The manufacturer package is not a proper shipping container, please make sure to package the items in a proper shipping container. In case the package will arrive without a proper shipping container the package won’t be accepted.

5.Clearly write the RMA and your information on the shipping container so we will know who the package belong to.

6.The package can be returned to the address stated below.

7.Helmetdiscounter is NOT responsible for packages which become lost or damaged during return shipping. Please make sure to retain your tracking information until the return has been processed for a refund.
